Welcome to Bee Martial Arts Academy.
Our Academy offers TAEKWONDO - Olympic sport and BAJRA - the core training system of MIXED MARTIAL ARTS combing a variety of arts such as; Boxing, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Taekwondo, Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu. It focus on striking and grappling techniques designed to subdue an opponent either on the streets or in competitions effectively.

We teach situational awareness in our self defense classes but there are times when these skills can be used outside of just protecting ourselves.
A high-intensity Zumba® workout will increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility, while you burn fat. One such exercise is the Cardio Kickboxing, which is a high-energy, motivating workout that blends together elements of boxing, martial arts, plyometrics, balance and strength aimed at burning maximum calories (between 500 - 700). Definitely not a class to be skipped!
